AGGM
B2B Maintenance & Construction Marketing Platform — UAE.

Context
Lead generation and credibility platform for a UAE maintenance and construction services company covering 16 service categories — plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, fit-out, landscaping, and more. Structured lead capture routes qualified prospects (property type, work category, address, date) to the sales team via Resend. Service depth communicated through a contract-type accordion, before/after project gallery, and per-category service pages. SEO infrastructure with JSON-LD structured data and auto-generated sitemap drives organic discovery for UAE maintenance queries.
The Challenge
Alpha Global is a UAE-based maintenance and construction company serving commercial and residential properties across 16 service categories. The business was winning work through referrals and direct outreach but had no digital presence that matched its actual service breadth. Prospects searching for maintenance contractors in the UAE could not find them; those who did had no way to quickly understand what the company covered, what contract types were available, or what the finished work looked like. Lead capture was unstructured — everything came in by phone, with no record of which service category drove the inquiry, no way to qualify the property type upfront, and no consistent first response. The business had real volume and real capability with nothing built to capture or convert online demand.
Approach
The website was structured as a conversion funnel for both B2B (commercial property managers, facilities teams) and B2C (homeowners) prospects. The job of every section is a specific step in that funnel: establish credibility first (licensed technicians, before/after gallery, trust signals), then educate on service scope (16 categories, six contract types), then capture qualified intent (two forms that collect property type, work category, and contact details before the sales team gets involved). SEO infrastructure ensures the company surfaces for UAE maintenance searches, and Vercel Analytics tracks which sections are driving contact form opens.
Key Decisions
Service grid and contract types as credibility infrastructure
Showing 16 distinct service categories and explaining the difference between corrective, preventive, comprehensive, and emergency maintenance contracts positions Alpha Global as a sophisticated multi-trade operator, not a general handyman service. The accordion format lets prospects find the contract type relevant to their situation — facilities managers evaluating an annual contract think differently than homeowners with a one-off repair job.
Before/after gallery as the primary trust signal
Maintenance and construction work is difficult to evaluate without seeing it. An image comparison slider lets prospects assess quality in a way that text claims and testimonials alone cannot. Seven before/after pairs across different service categories demonstrate both the scope of work and the standard of finish — the two things a prospect weighing an unfamiliar contractor wants to see.
Two-stage lead capture: quick contact and structured quote request
A global contact modal captures impulse inquiries anywhere on the site. A dedicated quote request form collects higher-intent data — property type (commercial or residential), work category, address, and preferred date — so the sales team receives enough context to respond with a relevant quote rather than a clarifying call. Resend delivers both as formatted emails with all submitted fields.
JSON-LD schema for local service search visibility
Organization, LocalBusiness, and Service schema markup ensures the business surfaces correctly in Google Search and Maps for UAE maintenance and construction queries. An auto-generated sitemap and per-page metadata complete the SEO foundation — giving the company a compounding organic channel on top of the referral-driven pipeline it already had.
